Welcome to Prayible. Quiet Prayers LLC ("Prayible," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform that helps people discover and experience prayer content from, and connect with, independent prayer guides (“Guides”) through our website, applications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Quiet Prayers LLC. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing or accessing paid or unpaid content, or booking or participating in a personal session, you agree to these Terms and to any policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright Dispute Policy, and any applicable Refund or Community Guidelines.

IMPORTANT ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION NOTICE: SECTION 18 CONTAINS A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER FOR USERS TO WHOM IT LAWFULLY APPLIES. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER THE LAW OF YOUR COUNTRY OR STATE.
Health and professional-services disclaimer. Prayible is not a medical, mental-health, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional-care service. Prayer content and personal sessions are not intended to diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat any condition or disease, assess your physical or mental health, or substitute for qualified professional care. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding whether any content or activity available through the Services is appropriate for you.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to independently make a paid purchase through the Services or book a personal prayer session. Other use of the Services by minors is permitted only to the extent allowed by applicable law and, where required, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Prayible may impose additional safeguards or age restrictions for particular features.
To use most features, you will be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, use a name you do not have the right to use, sell or transfer your account, or allow another person to use your account in a way that circumvents these Terms.
You must promptly notify Prayible if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. The Prayible Platform
Prayible provides technology that enables users to discover, access, and respond to prayer content and to request or participate in personal prayer sessions with Guides. Prayible may also provide tools that help Guides create, edit, publish, price, and manage prayer content and personal sessions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prayible is not a church, temple, mosque, synagogue or any other religious organization, religious denomination, counseling service, or provider of the prayers or personal sessions which are offered directly by Guides. Prayible does not endorse any particular religion, denomination, doctrine, Guide, prayer, or religious outcome.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Depending on the features available to your account, you may discover, read, listen to, purchase, or respond to prayers; book or participate in personal sessions; invite permitted participants to confirmed personal sessions; and provide feedback.
Unless Prayible expressly states that a particular credential or identity attribute has been verified, Prayible does not certify, license, ordain, endorse, or guarantee a Guide's identity, religious standing, faith background, qualifications, statements, conduct, or suitability. You are responsible for deciding whether to interact with a particular Guide and how to interpret, assimilate or otherwise react to the substance of their prayers and personal sessions.
You may not use the Services to evade applicable payment mechanisms, fees, safety controls, moderation systems, or legal requirements.
4. User Submissions
"User Submissions" include content you submit to the Services, such as profile information, prayer requests, messages, feedback, ratings, text, images, audio, video, titles, descriptions, and other materials.
You retain ownership of your User Submissions, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms. You grant Prayible a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, technically modify, format, transmit, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use User Submissions as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, improve, and promote the Services.
The license for personal prayer requests and sessions is limited to uses reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the relevant Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms, subject to the Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses necessary for your User Submissions and Prayible's permitted use of them. This includes rights in profile photographs, names, likenesses, and other material.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for User Submissions and third-party materials, the Services and their software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and other content are owned by or licensed to Prayible and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Prayible grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purposes.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or Prayible content except as expressly permitted by law or by Prayible in writing.
6. Intellectual Property of Guides
Content published by Guides through Prayible, including prayers, text, audio recordings, videos, images, and other original materials (“Published Guide Content”), is the intellectual property of the corresponding independent Guide or their licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your access to Published Guide Content through Prayible is limited to your personal, non-commercial use within the Services. You may not copy, download (except where expressly enabled by Prayible), reproduce, record, modify, republish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sell, license, share outside the Services, use to train or develop artificial intelligence or other models, or otherwise use or exploit any Published Guide Content for any purpose outside Prayible without the prior written permission of Prayible and the corresponding independent Guide.
7. AI-Assisted Features
Prayible may offer artificial-intelligence tools to assist with drafting, editing, organizing, recommending, searching, or otherwise working with prayer-related content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to output provided to others and should not be treated as authoritative religious, medical, psychological, or other professional guidance.
Prayible may use inputs and outputs as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable product notices. Where an AI feature has additional terms or notices, those terms also apply.
8. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to violate law or another person's rights; harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, abuse, or deceive another person; impersonate another person or misrepresent credentials; publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, or dangerously abusive material; promote violence or self-harm; solicit or disclose another person's sensitive personal information without authorization; interfere with security or operation of the Services; scrape or harvest user information; send spam; manipulate ratings or payments; or use the Services for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Prayible welcomes authentic expression of different faith traditions. Users may express their beliefs, but may not coerce, harass, threaten, or repeatedly pressure another person to adopt, abandon, or change a religion or belief.
Prayible may provide tools to report content or users and, where appropriate, block interactions. We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or user safety require it.
9. Video and Personal Sessions
Users and Guides must behave respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries during personal sessions. A participant may not record, capture, livestream, or store the audio or video of a personal session unless every participant has given any consent required by applicable law and Prayible's Terms.
Video quality depends on devices, connectivity, third-party services, and other factors. Prayible does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free video functionality.
Guides may not use a personal prayer session as a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional services unless the Guide is independently authorized to provide those services and the activity is expressly permitted by Prayible.
10. Payments for Paid Prayers and Sessions
Some prayers, personal sessions, or other features may require payment. Prices, applicable taxes, platform charges, and the payment method presented at checkout will govern the transaction. Digital content purchased through a mobile application may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another app-store or payment processor and may also be subject to that provider's payment and refund rules.
11. Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, expiration, and refund rules displayed in the Services at the time of a transaction form part of these Terms. The rules may differ between paid prayer content and live, personal sessions.
For paid prayer content, all payments are final and non-refundable once access to the content has been provided. No refund will be issued because you are dissatisfied with the quality, length, substance, religious perspective, message, or other aspect of the prayer content, or because the content does not meet your expectations. You may choose not to purchase additional content from that Guide in the future. This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law or the rules of the payment provider through which the purchase was made.
For personal sessions, the Guide controls the substance of the session, but Prayible may administer payments, cancellations, credits, and refunds under the policy displayed at booking. If a paid session cannot occur solely because of a verified technical failure within Prayible's reasonable control, Prayible may issue or facilitate an appropriate refund or credit.
Refunds for purchases processed by Apple, Google, Stripe or another third-party store or payment processor may be governed by that provider's rules. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Payment discrepancies should be reported promptly and, where permitted by applicable law, within 30 calendar days after the relevant charge so that Prayible can investigate.
12. Account Deletion and Effect of Termination
You may request deletion of your account through the functionality made available in the Services or by contacting Prayible. Prayible may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, misuse the Services, or where otherwise permitted by law.
Account deletion or termination does not automatically erase information that Prayible must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute-resolution, security, or other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Accrued payment obligations, licenses needed to support lawful prior access, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Privacy
Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and international transfer of personal data are described in the Prayible Privacy Policy and applicable in-product notices. Those documents, rather than these Terms, provide the primary description of Prayible's privacy practices.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before providing another person's personal information to Prayible.
14. Copyright and Other Rights Complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights, follow our Copyright Dispute Policy or contact us using the information in Section 21. Prayible may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party products and services, including payment processors, app stores, video providers, authentication providers, and external websites. Prayible does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, content, availability, or terms. Your use of them may be subject to separate agreements.
16. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PRAYIBLE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS.
PRAYIBLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, RELIGIOUS ACCURACY, DOCTRINAL CONSISTENCY, CREDENTIALS, CONDUCT, OR OUTCOME OF ANY GUIDE, PRAYER, SESSION, AI OUTPUT, OR USER INTERACTION. PRAYER AND FAITH EXPERIENCES ARE PERSONAL, AND NO PARTICULAR SPIRITUAL, HEALTH, RELATIONSHIP, OR OTHER RESULT IS PROMISED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAYIBLE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAYIBLE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO PRAYIBLE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prayible and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Submissions, your unauthorized use or exploitation of Published Guide Content, your infringement or violation of another person's rights, your unlawful conduct, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not require a consumer to indemnify Prayible for Prayible's own unlawful conduct.
18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please contact Prayible first at help@prayible.com so that we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Before commencing arbitration, the party asserting a claim must provide written notice describing the claim and requested relief and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
For users in the United States, and except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Arbitration may be conducted remotely unless the arbitrator determines an in-person hearing is appropriate. AAA rules concerning filing and arbitration fees will apply, subject to applicable law.
Either party may bring an individual action in a court of competent small-claims jurisdiction. Either party may also seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court where necessary to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, security, or prevent imminent harm, without waiving arbitration of the underlying dispute.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to help@prayible.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must state your name, the email associated with your Prayible account, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration will not affect the other provisions of these Terms.
If any portion of this Section 18 is found unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court rather than class arbitration.
For consumers outside the United States, this Section applies only to the extent enforceable under mandatory local law. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of rights or forums that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Governing Law and International Use
Except to the extent superseded by the Federal Arbitration Act or mandatory law applicable to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Prayible may make the Services available internationally. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, or other non-waivable rights available in your place of residence.
Information about where personal data is processed and the safeguards used for international transfers is provided in the Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms as the Services evolve. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method before the change takes effect where required by law. We will update the "Last Updated" date.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Services and may delete your account. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to a transaction already completed where prohibited by law.
21. Miscellaneous and Contact
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and Prayible concerning the Services, except where separate written terms apply to a specific feature. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without Prayible's prior written consent. Prayible may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.
Prayible will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
